Come join us to learn about and tour some of these growing season extenders.

In this workshop we’ll cover:

• Why season extension will help you extend your vegetable growing season (and chances for success in our challenging climate).
• Examples of various season extension techniques which you can use
• Pests and diseases that might affect your protected veggies

Registration (with informational tables) starts at 8:00 am. Tour is after presentations so you will need to have transportation available. Please RSVP by April 30th

Tour stops include Feeding Laramie Valley, ACRES (to learn about growing strawberries in high tunnels), and a backyard garden which employs many DIY extension techniques. If participants are interested and have lots of questions the tour may run a bit longer than 12:30 pm.
